Dr Linda Greenwall

Dr Greenwall, was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and following in her father's and grandfather's footsteps (both dentists), she graduated from Witwaterstand, Johannesburg, South Africa in 1984. Working in general practice following her graduation and moving to London,
Dr Greenwall began to specialise in restorative dentistry, before embarking upon an MSc at Guy's (London). During her time in practice she developed a special interest in tooth whitening, undertaking extensive research on this subject as part of her MSc studies, not only helping her to gain a distinction, but also becoming the first dentist in the UK to research the subject.
Dr Greenwall is a well know lecturer and an authority on tooth whitening and aesthetic dentistry. She has combined an innovative and award winning, multidisciplinary private practice in London, UK, which has been awarded the Investor in People status, with research in the field of tooth bleaching. She is a Fellowship Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a specialist in Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics and Honorary Clinical Teacher, King’s College London Dental Institute. Dr Greenwall is also the Editor of the journal Aesthetic Dentistry Today.
Linda Greenwall’s book entitled ‘Bleaching Techniques in Restorative Dentistry’, (Martin Dunitz, 2001) won the award for Best New Dental Book 2001. Linda lectures extensively in the UK and internationally on the subjects of Tooth Bleaching, Aesthetic Dentistry, Practice Management as well as the Controversies Surrounding Tooth Whitening. She has written many papers for the dentistry magazines. More recently she has produced an extensive and thorough e-learning programme entitled ‘The Business of Bleaching’ (Smile-on, 2007) which has been well received among the dental fraternity. In 2008 Dr Greenwall published a contribution with chapters to a book entitled Tooth Whitening in Esthetic Dentistry (So-Ran Kwon, Seok-Hoon Ko, L H Greenwall, Quintessence) and currently in preparation is a publication entitled Management Skills in Esthetic Dental Practice, (Dr L H Greenwall and Dr C Jameson).
In 2008 Dr Greenwall launched the British Dental Bleaching Society (BDBS) which aims to lobby for changes in the controversial bleaching legislation and to educate dentists in tooth whitening. Dr Greenwall chairs this organization. She is an Associate Course Director for the Advanced Certificate in Aesthetic Dentistry for the Royal College of Surgeons Faculty of General Dental Practices.
Dr Greenwall is an associate member of BDA, FGDP, BGDS, BSRD, BASD, BDHF, BAAD, AO, Women in Dentistry, The Dental Journal Club of North West London and the Mike Wise Study Group.
Dr Jude Ferreira
BDS, MSc, FDS RCS
Endodontist
Dr Ferreira qualified in Glasgow in 1990, working in general practice for four years, before embarking on more challenging roles working in Oral Maxillo Facial departments at hospitals in Norfolk and Bristol. During this time, Dr Ferreira developed a special interest in endodontics and went on to gain his MSc from Guy's (London). He also attained a Fellowship in Dental Surgery and is on the Endodontic Specialist Register. Dr Ferreira joined the team at Dr Greenwall's Dental Practice in 2000. He is liked and valued by all the team and by his patients.

Dr Guy McLellan
BDS FDS RCS MBBS
Oral Surgeon
Guy McLellan is our dental implant surgeon. He is doubly qualified in dentistry and medicine and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He continues to work as a member of the Cranio Facial team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. In private practice he limits his practice to surgical implantology and augmentation procedures including complex intra-oral and extra-oral grafting. He is a mentor for Nobel Biocare and is actively involved in Implant education.
He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, the European Association of Osseointegration and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr Constantine Ong
BDS MFDS RCS MClinDent MRD RCS
Periodontist
Constantine qualified from University of Bristol Dental School in 1998 and won numerous prizes for his “elective project” carried out in the University of California, San Francisco. He then worked in several hospital posts and general practice both abroad and in England. During this time, he obtained the Membership in the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, England.
He then completed a three-year specialist training in Periodontics at the World renowned Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. During his training, he was awarded a Masters of Clinical Dentistry with Distinction. He also obtained the Membership in Restorative Dentistry (Periodontics) from the Royal College of Surgeons, England and a certificate from the European Federation of Periodontology. He is registered as a Specialist in Periodontics with the General Dental Council.
Constantine is able to provide a full-range of specialist periodontal care and implant dentistry. He has a special interest in cosmetic periodontal surgery (soft tissue and hard tissue augmentation) as well as implants.
Constantine provides periodontal and implant treatment based on the most advanced evidence based approach. His aim is to keep patients smiling, speaking and chewing with their own teeth or with dental implants. Currently, he works in specialist practices and also teaches at the Eastman Dental Institute.

Alison Gaze

Dental Therapist
Alison qualified as a Dental Therapist in 1974 and had worked since 1975 within the field of Community Dentistry before joining our team at Dr Greenwall's Dental Practice in May 2006. Dental Therapists are the rarest members of the dental team, with approximately 560 on the General Dental Council Roll. Alison brings a new exciting dimension to our practice, as a Therapist she is qualified to carry out restorative treatment on both deciduous and permanent teeth, including the extraction of deciduous teeth under local analgesia if required. Alison can also perform pulp therapy on deciduous teeth which could include the placement of pre formed crowns on deciduous teeth. She provides comprehensive hygiene services to patients both adult and children. Alison also has further qualifications in Communication Skills and Health Promotion, which makes her a very skilled, sympathetic operator in dealing with patients regardless of age who may have reservations or be anxious regarding their dental treatment. Alison regularly attends study days and seminars to keep up to date with all aspects of dental therapy as part of her Continued Professional Development.

Diane Rochford

Hygienist
After a short spell away, Diane returned to our practice. Diane originally joined the team as a Dental Hygienist in September 1996, six months after qualifying from Guy’s (London), where she was awarded the Hu-Friedy Scaling Prize. She has continued progress in her career, by attending many courses, conferences and regularly attends a hygienist’s study group, in June 2006, Diane lectured to a group of hygienists at the World Aesthetic Congress in London, and has since written for a professional journal. Diane is a highly skilled hygienist, who is kind and considerate to all her patients, and looks forward to seeing you at your next appointment. Away from the practice Diane is a keen competitive swimmer, and has recently returned to running and started taking tennis lessons.
Myra Cameron

Dental Therapist
Myra qualified in 1981 as a dental therapist and has worked continually within community Dental Services in London as well as NHS and Private Practices. She has a vast experience in treating anxious patients, as well as adults and children with special needs. She recently became one of the first dental therapists to train in administering inhalation sedation.
Myra also tutors and lectures at the school of Dental Hygiene & Dental Therapy at the EAstman Dental Hospital.
In her spare time Myra runs courses for hygienists and dental therapists.

Nicola Ayo-Adebanjo

Practice Manager
After a year long break to look after her newborn son Alexander, Nicolas has come back to the practice to her role as the practice manager. Nicola is also an experienced qualified dental nurse, and has been a dedicated member of the team for more than a decade. An essential and helpful member of the team, her bubbly personality and warm welcoming smile is greatly appreciated by both team members and patients. Nicola is a loving wife and wonderful mother to her children.

Rachel Grosvenor

Dental Nurse/ Patient Coordinator
Rachel is the first point of contact for our patients. She is our Patient Coordinator and a Dental Nurse. Rachel has been with Dr Greenwall's Dental Practice for over 7 years and is an essential member of the team.
She has a professional, informative and highly knowledgeable presence.
She continually updates her knowledge by attending courses and seminars and has recently completed a radiography course. Currently, Rachel is taking a Practice Business Management course. Her interests include music, reading walking and volunteer work.
Sarah Jewell
RDN
Dental Nurse/ Patient Coordinator
Sarah qualified as a dental nurse in 2002 and worked in general practice in Devon for 7 years before moving to London and joining our team in 2009. Since then Sarah has completed a course in Business Management and now focuses on keeping us up to date with new legislation within dentistry.
Sarah also organises Dr Greenwall's busy international academic calendar and works as a patient coordinator. Sarah's interest are music, art and reading.

Rheanne Beasley
Dental Nurse/Patient Coordinator
Rheanne joined the team last April moving to London from Australia. She completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2004 at Royal Melbourne University of Technology. She worked at a dental practice in Wangaratta for 7 years after completing her training there. She has now been dental nursing for almost 8 years. She has a wide variety of experience including oral surgery, orthodontics, implants, cosmetic, prosthodontics as well as administrative and personal assistant duties. She is now a dental nurse and receptionist for Dr Greenwall.
Rheanne moved to London with her husband last year to work and travel. She now has the travel bug and is trying to visit as many countries as she can. Socially she enjoys traveling, meeting new people, photography and being creative.

Sarah O'Hara
RDN
Dental Nurse/Patient Coordinator
After a short break away from the practice to look after her three young children, Sarah came back to Dr Greenwall's Dental Practice as a part time patient coordinator. Sarah is the Senior Dental Nurse and Personal Assistant to Dr Greenwall, now working behind the scenes organising Dr Greenwall's lectures and planning and assisting with complex treatment plans. A vital and extremely valued member of the team for over ten years.

Jeyda Hassan
Trainee Dental Nurse
Jeyda joined the practice to train as a dental nurse, whilst studying nursing at college.
